Subbody Butoh method is developed by Rhizome Lee. It is the culmination of more than 40 years subconscious research after his first encounter with Hijikata during one of Hijikata’s performances at the university of Tokyo. It consists deep and profound route maps for entering the subconscious in a safe way. And as a true method it is still in development at the subbody institute in the Himalaya. Every year Rhizome Lee is accepting co-researcher who devote themselves to this research for one year and develop themselves as Midwifes, who  can guide the birth process of subbodies. There is a maximum of 6 participants due to the space. The birth of a subbody takes time. Therefore there is a preference for people who can participate the whole series. But if you  can only join one day or a couple of days, please let me also know and I will try to fit you in.
