This is the first work-in-progress presentation of LEIMAY’s new piece titled Frantic Beauty. Those familiar with our work might know that some of our pieces develop through a long process which includes research, workshop, exposition, workshop, exposition and so on. 

Work-in-progress presentations are simultaneously a wonderful opportunity to discover/uncover our pieces and a terrifying exposure of a work that has yet to mature. Frantic Beauty might grow into a full length performance juxtaposing sound, video, light, movement and kinetic sculptures, that we hope to premiere in New York 2015/16. If you are curious about our process, we welcome you to take part in experiencing the various stages of development of this piece; otherwise we hope you will be able to make it to the premiere!
