Comenzó sus estudios artísticos en el Conservatorio Nacional de Música de México en 1999, como Cantante de Ópera y de Concierto. Estudió Literatura Dramática y Teatro en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la UNAM. Ha estudiado con maestros como Diego Piñón, Akira Kasai, Ken Mai, Vangeline Grand y Natsue Nakajima en Danza Butoh, en Kabuki con Irene Akiko Iida y en La Voix Humaine con Daniel Prieto Bravo.
Es acreedor al premio de Mejor propuesta plástico-escénica por la dirección de la obra de Teatro El triciclo en el XI Festival Universitario de Teatro en México.
Como bailarín es invitado de la compañía neoyorquina Vangeline Theater, dirigida por Vangeline Grand; realizando presentaciones en diferentes teatros de Nueva York incluyendo el New York Butoh Festival 2007 en Cave Art Space. Con su solo Biasca y el dueto Duocronia, realiza funciones itinerantes en Alemania y Suiza. Ha realizado giras por Norte, Centro y Sudamérica, Alemania, Holanda y Europa del Este en festivales internacionales de teatro, como Lincoln Center Festival en NY, Holland Fest en Amstermdam, XI Festival Iberoamericano de Teatro en Bogotá, Festival Internacional de Buenos Aires y Festival Internacional de Teatro en Sarajevo entre otros, bajo la dirección de Claudio Valdés Kuri como productor de la reconocida compañía de teatro mexicana TEATRO DE CIERTOS HABITANTES. Actualmente Jorge es el director de la compañía de Teatro Prieto así como de su espacio cultural L’atelier de Teatro Prieto ubicado en la ciudad de México.
