The exhibition includes two major themes: the “War Room,” exhibiting the atrocities of war; and the “Kunstkammer of Death", a modern-day ‘cabinet of curiosities’ featuring representations of mortality across cultures and spiritual traditions.  Hugo Crosthwaite's monumental drawing, Death March, will be featured in the exhibition.

"At first glance the drawing has the appearance of a festive occasion, a general mass of characters thatclump together in groups, supporting and carrying effigies of death; puppets and floats that resemble a South American Carnaval… or a Mexican Day of the Dead procession. But in closer examination, the viewer realizes that these groups of characters that compose the puppets or floats are in actuality a grotesque ensemble of death figures, human and monstrous, that inflict uponeach other death in a variety of forms… either through war, rape, murder and disease."  - Hugo Crosthwaite
