LUDUS Drop-in Class
with LEIMAY’s core dancer Denisa Musilova
DATES: Sundays- February 12, 19, 26, March 11, 18, 25 and April 1
TIMES: 10:00 am – 11:30 am
COST: $ 10* / $15 (* CAVE Nexus member discount)

The class begins with a warm-up focused on generating fluidity and relaxation through the body. Different exercises give the opportunity to explore internal openness and energy flow, facilitate an awareness of space and consciousness, distinguish different approaches to movement initiation, cultivate presence and prepare an alert and neutral body that is ready to be moved. This class lasts one and a half hours and is drop-in.
