This LEIMAY Ludus Training Lab  is open to anyone and everyone interested in learning about basic ballet principles in addition to receiving a great workout. No dance experience is expected!

Through the study of ballet one can gain spatial and temporal awareness, build strength/flexibility, and improve balance and coordination.  This class gives students the opportunity to learn and explore classical ballet technique and terminology without unnecessary pressure or judgement. Enjoy movement and gain understanding and proficiency of basic ballet vocabulary in a fun and friendly learning environment that will ameliorate your everyday life.
