Earlier releases include the critically-acclaimed The Irrational Numbers (2008), 7 Black Butterflies (2005), Spin & Drift (2001), and Heyday (1997). Drew can also be heard within the ensembles of John Abercrombie, Ralph Alessi, Tim Berne, Don Byron, Uri Caine, Bill Carrothers, Marc Copland, Mark Feldman, Fred Hersch, John Hollenbeck, Steve Lehman, Tony Malaby, Angelica Sanchez, Paul Smoker and John Surman. To date he has appeared on over 250 recordings and has toured North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.

Drew has served as Artist-in-Residence in Santiago (Chile), the St. Petersburg Conservatory (Russia), and at the Paris Conservatoire (France). He also holds ongoing teaching positions at NYU and at the Siena Jazz Workshop. He has received grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, Meet the Composer, and Chamber Music America, and currently resides in New York. Drew is an endorsing artist for Thomastik Strings.

Denmark's Lars Graugaard is a prolific and chameleon-like pioneer who moves with ease between a variety of musical areas. His background lies in a mix of musical styles and roles including composer and performer of classical and contemporary musics. Holding a MA in music performance and a PhD Interactive music allows him a unique and innovative take on electronic music, where he emphasizes music's expressive capacities in immediately communicative settings.

He has worked with a wide range of artists - in jazz he has played with names such as Mal Waldron, Ed Thigpen, Marilyn Mazur and Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen - with releases on small independents and major labels. A multiple recipient of artist grants, Lars now focuses his performing energies on realtime interaction with an entirely unique re-imagining of the possibilities of the 21st century jazz idiom. Lars is Visiting Faculty Artists at NYU Steinhardt, lecturer at Medialogy, Aalborg University (Denmark), composer-in-residence with Grup Moderna, Valencia (Spain) and artistic director of the re-new media arts festival (Denmark).
