- About: Please tell us about your self. Some of our programs have benefits for art workers - please tell us if you are an artist and mention the most recent work/venue/space/residency where you have worked/developed your practice.
- Rebecca Fitton is from many places. She is an improviser, administrator, and citizen. Her art practice engages communities through conversation and movement. She currently works with Pentacle and Edisa Weeks/DELIRIOUS Dances and has presented movement experiments in New York City at Gibney, Open Performance at Movement Research, Chez Bushwick, Staten Island Arts, and Triskelion Arts. Her practice has also existed various non-traditional performance spaces including in art galleries, bars, community centers, rooftops, and green spaces across New York, New Jersey, Florida, Wisconsin, Austria, and the United Kingdom. Fitton holds a BFA in Dance from Florida State University.
