Seiko Higuma, originally from Japan is an actress and a filmmaker. She has acted in Independent films such as "Feel", National commercials, and short films. Recently she finished shooting The Loft, which she wrote, directed, and produced. It is a short film about a group of young eclectic and talented artists who live in an industrial loft in New York city.
