Michelle received her BFA in Acting from NYU’s Tisch where she currently teaches movement and physical technique for Actors. She specializes in the Lloyd Williamsom Technique, training under the tutelage of Julia Crockett (NYU, Leimay Fellow Alumni) and Nathan Flower (NYU Tisch). She is also a teaching artist for The Stage Theatre School in Brooklyn, where she teaches drama for children ages 5-15. As an actor, she recently played the role of Jessica in Compagnia de Colombari’s production of The Merchant of Venice, directed by Karin Coonrod and performed in the Jewish Ghetto of Venice, Italy. She has performed in two Soak Festival performances, and is thrilled to finally join the Leimay family as a fellow, alongside her partners Nicolas Norena and Timothy Scott of Million Underscores.
