I am a multidisciplinary movement and visual artist. My work derives from play, nostalgia and sentimental aspects of human connections. My work stretches from physical movement to making tangible creations. Working with people of many different backgrounds from my dance experiences, teaching at a dance studio, and to directing a Japanese Yosakoi Dance team here in New York really informed me and made me question the power of dance and art. I’v really felt that movement and create art has done more that just empower but heal community and the self. My current aspirations include crocheting, sewing and projections design. My credits include Grace Yi-Li tong (MNE elements, artsonsite, snug harbor residnecy), Audrey Berger (University settlement, Red pavillion, Dahyun Kim (WADE, arstonsite) and many more. She has traveled as far as Japan and Berlin in pursuit of her dance and art.
