In 2012, I performed ‘Self-Anatomy 101’ an autobiographical piece where metaphorically I peeled off my cultural and gender identity with different layers that binded my body. These layers included rope, stocking material and a Mexican flag. Performed at La MaMa Theater as part of EMERGENYC 2012.
