Performance artist(s) wanted for a Lyme disease awareness raising event. We're looking for someone who is willing to do a 5 minute performance piece at an event in NYC to raise awareness about Lyme disease. New York has some of the highest rates of Lyme in the country, yet little is being done to address this public health crisis that is crippling people around the country. Most of us who are planning this event are bedbound or homebound and extremely debilitated so ideally we're hoping to find someone willing to do the performance gratis. We could probably come up with $100. as an honorarium. The performance would be filmed by a couple of film makers and put on YouTube and we will work to get it to go viral.
