Event Description
Each session of The Hess Collective workshop will begin with a guided group exploration based on Hess' approach to embodied States of Being - a physically-based immersion into interior landscapes. A 'free-write' will follow the exploration to generate original material for further investigation. Individual artists may then present work in progress - feeling free to call on other members to facilitate their vision. Hess will offer feedback and formulate questions for moving forward with projects. Each session will close with a collaborative consensus on the theme for the following week's group exploration.
