Monika Gross will be performing as Giraffe in “Excursus”, a surreal butoh dance piece choreographed by Sara Baird and Julie Becton Gillum that is an integral part of this year’s Black Mountain College Museum + Art Center's "{Re}HAPPENING" on Saturday, April 7.
What was a "typical" Saturday night at Black Mountain College like? Food, drink, music, art, performance and more....
Get your tickets now for the 3rd Annual {Re}HAPPENING scheduled for April 7th on the former Black Mountain College campus, now Camp Rockmont. If you've been to either of the previous two {Re}HAPPENINGS you know that it's an experience not to be missed.
This year more than 60 artists (performance, dance, music, visual, sound, sculpture, installation, etc) will come together for one incredible evening on April 7th. Come at 6:00 pm for the whole evening including cocktails and dinner, or skip dinner and join us from 8:30 to 11:45 pm. This event is a collaborative fundraiser for the Black Mountain College Museum + Arts Center and the Media Arts Project.
