CRUSHED MUFFINS is an interdisciplinary artists gathering series with free drink and food. The first show was held in December 2013 (artists; Julia Burrer, Daria Fain, Athena Kokoronis, Yuhan Su Band, Mei Yamanaka, Lia Che, Yoshifumi Miyagii, Sarah Zehnder), second show in July 2014 (artists:Lisa Fagan, Sarah Lifson, Maurizio Campani, Tim ODonnell, Mina Nishimura, Zack Nestel-Patt, Satoshi Tsuchiyama, Daria Fain, Athena Kokoronis, Rebeca Medina, Jodi Cornelly, Michael Yu) which made really warm, creative nights. The focus is to grow a community. 

The night will consist of first act: set choreography works, and second act:structured improvisation piece conducted by different choreographers, with dancers, musicians, visual artists. 

CRUSHED MUFFINS is hosted by Kensaku Shinohara in collaboration with artists, started in 2013.
