This workshop is a group facilitation of movement, utilizing the voice, its resonant capacities in the body and other bodies, and its relationship to touch and physicality.
Elements of yoga and meditation, as well as contact improvisation, will inform the practice. No training or experience necessary; some enthusiasm for group practice, yoga and movement, chanting or sound healing may be helpful.
This is a safe and supportive space to move and explore your own body and voice, and to share with others the modes of discovery and potential for healing.
We will consider the realms of individual and collective identity, moving on our own, and moving with the support of others and as an entire group.
