A developing and somewhat unpredictable work, Heiress Presumptive, creates space and time for a viewer’s long look and active observation. Three dancers coolly switch from detached, hyper-detailed choreography to an expanded space of calculated chaos. Choreography by Adriane Lee. Performers: Lauren Ferguson, Kyle Gerry, Brooke Herr, and Lindsey Jones.
Chez Bushwick Presents is a curated showcase of works from emerging artists. Artists on this shared-bill performance include Rachel Pedderson (pre-performance video installation), the feath3r theory, Melissa Marotto, and Rachel Korenstein.
Heiress Presumptive was created in a LEIMAY-CAVE Black Studio Residency at CAVE, Brooklyn, NY.
