DESCRIPTION:Massimiliano Balduzzi offers a precise, rigorous, and pass
 ionate approach to training the body and voice. Based on essential pri
 nciples of impulse, control, opposition and rhythm, this training allo
 ws participants to become more deeply connected to their own intuition
 s and impulses and better able to respond to them truthfully, fearless
 ly, and joyfully. Through this work, we are freed from the constraints
  of habit and reconnected with the self, which in turn allows us to co
 nnect with others in the moment. The workshop engages participants thr
 ough a series of exercises developed over the past fifteen years. Thes
 e physical and vocal actions function like a language to enable commun
 ication between the participants. Through tireless dedication we searc
 h for the honest smile, the genuine cry, and the peace-filled stillnes
 s that comes from being in the moment. We work to release unnecessary
