DESCRIPTION:CAVE offers for a seven month  subsidized studio-share re
 sidency to two individual/groups, as well as one/two-year low-cost hou

 ary 26, 2011\n \nABOUT THE RESIDENCY\nThe next CAVE Subsidized Studio
  Share Residency begins February 1, 2011. For a flat monthly fee of $2
 70 USD, CAVE Subsidized Studio Share Resident artists receive: up to t
 welve hours per week of rehearsal/private class space; bi-monthly incl
 usion of their activities on CAVE’s e-mail newsletter; access to Mat
 erial for the Arts supplies; and the use of one small camcorder and on
 e video projector (in-studio use only).\nABOUT THE STUDIO\nThis studio
  space is 450 square feet with 16 foot – 11 foot  ceilings. It has 
 a sprung, black marley floor, a private dressing area and an adjacent 
 restroom. It is equipped with a stereo system (CD player and IPod hook
 -up). The space is heated during the winter and has fans for the summe
 r, as well as skylights. Chosen artists will be responsible for self-m
 anagement and keeping the studio clean.\nSTUDIO HOURSEach artist will 
 have 12 points per week to use the space. Every hour before 5pm counts
  as a one point, and every hour after 5pm, will count as one and a hal
 f points. All weekends hours are counted as a one and a half points. S
 o you will be able to use the studio UP to 12 hours per week (48 hours
