 menAs RADIO WONDERLAND, Joshua Fried mangles the corporate audio strea
 m in the form of live FM radio, choosing algorithms on the fly and dir
 ectly controlling the live DSP using electrified shoes and a steering 
 wheel. HANS TAMMEN currently plays an analog modular synthesizer built
  around chaotic behaviors, where small changes in the settings may yie
 ld widely diverging sonic and rhythmic changes, forcing the player to 
 constantly rethink and rearrange music. In this multichannel work, the
  players juxtapose their relentless polyrhythmic machinations coming f
 rom a single speaker situated in the middle of the audience against da
 rk, sometimes brooding soundscapes from the outer limits of the room.F
 ried and Tammen are known for turning technology on its head, challeng
 ing its assumptions, while using machines to accentuate the raw human 
 qualities of live events that are unique to the moment. Their work par
 take equally of minimalism and polyrhythmic experimentation, as well a
