 s from imagined aquatic mythologies. Merwif empowers us to honor the u
 nknown, our sexuality, our spiritual lives and our relationship with t
 he earth. Join us as we expose and embrace the dirtier aspects of each
  of these pertinent topics. MERMAID MARKET:We, as mermaids, have hand
 crafted felted mermaid-inspired jewelry, a variety of mermaid art usin
 g found sea objects, and a deck of oceanic oracle cards inspired by ar
 chetypes and symbols from the show. After the performance, spectators 
 will have the opportunity to explore the Mermaid Market and the instal
 lation in which it will be housed. They can try on mermaid inspired je
 welry, browse oceanic art, receive a mermaid divination reading, and d
 ance with the aquatic mythologies of past, present, and future as they
  gather and commune in the light and structure of the unknown. The Mer
 maid Market functions through a trust-based value exchange. Visitors a
 re encouraged take what they desire and in return offer what they feel
  is appropriate, whether it be a ring on their finger or a monetary do
 nation. Mermaid divination readings will be offered as a continuation 
 of our performance. These readings will include oceanic oracle cards a
