 ads participants on a psychedelic thumb piano excursion through Will
 iamsburg; fiddlers and flat footers are invited to join a new parade
  celebrating the music and dance of Appalachia along Flatbush Avenue
  in Brooklyn; and brass musicians and bagpipers make music in concert
