  class and accessible to everyone . No dance or movement training nece
 ssary. This is not a performance oriented class.LEIMAY has been invest
 igating and exploring a variety of exercises which aid in the conditio
 ning of a loose and fluid body. This work can help to relive tension a
 nd relax tired muscles. If you spend lots of time on front of a comput
 er, or if you are feeling stiff, or if you want to try a very gentle a
 nd soft approach to body conditioning these classes might be for you!T
 hrough these exercises participants gain the opportunity to investigat
 e the following principles:- Awareness of consciousness, gravity and i
 nternal rhythm- Strength and body fluidity- Internal openness and ener
 gy flowClasses are donation based, please contribute what you can, nob
 ody will be keeping track of individual donations. But if you are in a
