 ny member Andrea Jones. This is a donation based drop-in class and acc
 essible to everyone. No dance or movement training necessary. This is 
 not a performance oriented class. LEIMAY has been investigating and ex
 ploring a variety of exercises which aid in the conditioning of a loos
 e and fluid body. This work can help to relive tension and relax tired
  muscles. If you spend lots of time in front of a computer, or if you 
 are feeling stiff, or if you want to try a very gentle and soft approa
 ch to body conditioning, these classes might be for you! Through these
  exercises participants gain the opportunity to investigate the follow
 ing principles: awareness of consciousness, gravity and internal rhyth
 m, strength and body fluidity, internal openness and energy flow.\n\n\
