 performance BALDY by Yokko. BALDY is a fearless, funny and intim
 ate, nine-character, one-woman show looking backing on writer/perform
 er Yokko's traumatic experience of losing her hair — and then most 
 of her skin — at age 19. Refusing to see herself as a victim, she 
 chose instead to explore the roots of her dis-ease, eventually discove
 ring her true strength and beauty — and her father's love.\n\nPerfo
 rmances will take place at CRS on Friday and Saturday, January 24 & 25
 , 2014 at 8 pm and Sunday, January 26 at 3 pm.\n\nGeneral admission t

 ernow.com\n\n\nAbout Yokko\nYokko (performer & writer) is an actor & 
 a movement artist from Japan, came to the United States to study theat
 re in Oregon and Albany. She received her MFA in Acting from the Actor
 s Studio Drama School in New York City. Her Credits include BALDY (H
 ollywood Fringe Festival2013, Fringe NYC 2012), BUTOH Electra (Iron
 dale Center & Fringe NYC 2011), The Woolgatherer, The Producers (ASD
 S Repertory season), Odyssey (The Wings Theatre) and Othello (Look
 ing Glass Theatre). Dance Credits include: FACET (Hollywood Fringe F
 estival 2013), Autumn Leaves (KGB Show, Kraine Theatre), and many ot
 hers. She is a member of The Ume Group, and VOID Theatre Company in NY
 C. She is also founder of JPAC (Japanese Performing Arts Company), and
  has shared Japanese culture through classical Japanese dance and stag
